Refund Policy:

If you withdraw from the program before the DS-2019 form is generated by Pan Atlantic, Pan Atlantic will refund all but $100 of the program application fee. You can expect your refund within approximately 60 days of the date we are notified of your withdrawal.

If you withdraw from the program after the DS-2019 form is generated but before the visa is granted, 50% of the Program Application fee is refunded. If the DS-2019 form has already been sent out to you, the original DS-2019 form must be returned to Pan Atlantic within 30 days of withdrawing from the program, or the refund is forfeited. You can expect your refund within approximately 60 days of the date we receive your notice of withdrawal or the date we receive your original DS-2019 form back.

If you withdraw from the program after you have been granted the visa no refund of the Program Application fee is available.

Insurance: If a candidate withdraws from the program before entering the US, the full amount of insurance will be refunded. If a candidate withdraws from the J-1 training program after the insurance is in effect no refund is available per the policy of the insurance company.
