We offer a number of different J-1 Visa Programs:

J-1 Irish Intern Work and Travel (12 mos): must be and Irish citizen currently enrolled in or within 12 months of having graduated from a college/university program. You may seek placement services through Pan Atlantic (within the hospitality field) or find your own position, either before you go to the US, or after you arrive in the US.

• J-1 Intern Program: must be currently enrolled in or within 12 months of having graduated from a college/university program and going to train in an area related to your academic program. You may seek placement services through Pan Atlantic or find your own position, but you must have an offer letter in hand before we can start the visa process.

• J-1 Training Program (up to 12 months for hospitality, up to 18 months for all other designations): either you must have a degree/certificate and a year of related experience in the field that you want to train in, OR (if you have no degree), five years of experience related to the field that you want to train in. You may seek placement services through Pan Atlantic or find your own position, but you must have an offer letter in hand before we can start the visa process.

• J-1 Hospitality Management Training program (up to 18 months for Hospitality): either you must have a degree/certificate and a year of related experience in the field that you want to train in, OR (if you have no degree), five years of experience related to the field that you want to train in. You may seek placement services through Pan Atlantic or find your own position, but you must have an offer letter in hand before we can start the visa process. This is for people who are coming to train at a higher level within hospitality (manager in training), so we would expect some previous supervisory experience, or a training program that starts at a basic level but builds to have the trainee ending with a supervisory/management rotation
