FEES FOR POTENTIAL TRAINEES

Program Application Fee- Our Program Application Fee varies according to the program in which you are participating, and the length of the program. Please contact Pan Atlantic for the fee structure specific to the program in which you will participate.

Insurance Fees- All trainees sponsored by Pan Atlantic are required to purchase insurance through us for the entirety of their training program. We offer a policy that meets all US Government requirements.

There are two additional fees required by the US Government which must be paid before going to the US Embassy in your home country. The Pan Atlantic consultant overseeing your application will describe these fees and payment methods in detail before sending your paperwork to you. At the present moment the total amount of these fees is $311 (USD).

Payment Options:

Credit Card: Payment may be made using Visa or MasterCard. There is a $25 processing fee for amounts up to $500, and a $50 processing fee for amounts $501 and up. Pan Atlantic will send you a credit card order form provided which you can complete and return to us to pay your fee. It is advisable to contact the credit card company and alert them that the transaction will be made. This will help avoid any problems with the bank denying the transaction.

The check should be mailed to your contact person at Pan Atlantic at the following address: Pan Atlantic, 5 Milk Street, First Floor, Portland, ME 04101 (we recommend using a courier such as UPS or FedEx so that you can track the package).
