BEFORE YOU BEGIN: Please note the following requirements for sponsorship through Pan Atlantic: At a minimum, applicants must have completed secondary school, but must also meet the J-1 visa requirements as set forth by the Department of State for the different categories – Intern or Trainee. Applicants may not have any criminal convictions. All applicants must be able to provide an academic reference (or copy of diploma or transcript), and two employment references. Passports must be valid 6 months beyond the expected training end date. Pan Atlantic prefers applicants 21 years old or older, but requires that you must be at least 18 years old. Second J-1 visas are possible under the correct circumstances. Please provide information on all previous visas so that we can determine whether or not a second J-1 visa is possible.

To better protect your privacy, we would like to explain our on-line information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. The Information We Collect This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on Pan Atlantic's application form located at http://www.panatlanticsmsgroup.com. Throughout this application site you will provide Pan Atlantic with personal information that is necessary to process your application. This information is needed to make arrangements for your participation in Pan Atlantic programs, to assist in the issuance of a Certificate of Eligibility form, to process credit/debit card information and to ensure a safe and successful Pan Atlantic program experience. The Way We Use Information Pan Atlantic does not sell or lease the information you provide. We use the information you submit to create your visa application for the US Embassy. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to make arrangements for program participation. We may also disclose this information to our partner relationships as required. We use return e-mail addresses to answer the e-mail messages we receive, provide the information you have requested and follow up accordingly. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties. You can register on our Web site if you would like to receive our newsletter, informational brochures, or updates on our programs and services. We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our Web site and to share general Web site usage data with partner service providers. For example, we may tell a service provider that X number of individuals visited a certain service area on our Web site or that Y number of Europeans visit the site, and that Z number of food and beverage candidates filled out our registration form, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals without their consent.Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
