Led by company founder and president Patrick O. Murphy, the senior Pan Atlantic SMS Group team members are specialists in marketing research, consulting, strategic planning and international training.

Senior staff bring a strong commitment and history of civic and business involvement to the firm's operations. They have been honored with presidential appointments to two U.S. Government national boards – the J. William Fulbright Foreign Scholarship Board and the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) National Advisory Board. In addition, the firm's principals have served on several state and civic boards and commissions.
