CATI Interviewing Center

Our well-trained telephone interviewing team operates from our in-house call center. We conduct interviews on a CATI (Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing) system to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of project accuracy and statistical reliability.

All interviewing is conducted under the rigorous supervision of our Quality Control Director and Field Research Coordinator to guarantee high levels of project quality.
